Condition

Troubleshooting

Remedy

• Replace the center thermostat.

• Seeing at Table 2.

• Explain the proper operation.

• Excessive burning.

(More than light brown)

• The voltage is lower than specified.

• Rice is not washed sufficiently

• Water is excessive.

(Bran remains still)

• The pan bottom is conditioned to
  generate burning easily.

Are the parts on the P.C.B. mistake?

Does the center thermostat operate
properly?

Yes

No

(Check with the evaporation test).

• To join it with CN5.

• Display of “Slow Cook”
  and “Rice Cook/Steam”
  are flashing light.

Check the sensor lead wire is connect
completely with control unit board. 

No

• Take off and join it with CN5
   again.

Yes

• Check the connector of wiring.

• Display of “Start”  and
  “Timer” are flashing
   light.

Is the relay operation ON/OFF alternately 
after flashing light occure?

No

• Replace the control unit 
   complete.
