Method:

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until it 

becomes elastic and springs back when touched.

Divide into 6 balls or 2 large balls, and place in 

warm area for 10 minutes.

Shape each ball into a flat circle. Place the circles 

on a baking tray and prick with a fork.

Leave to rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Brush each circle with tomato paste. Sprinkle with 

Mozzarella cheese. Top with your favourite topping, 
such as sliced onions, pepperoni, cooked sausage, 
capsicum or olives.

Bake in a preheated 210°C oven for 15-20 minutes.

Method:

Cover and leave to rise in a warm place (30-35°C) 

for 20-30 minutes or until almost doubled in size.

Brush surface with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, basil, 

rosemary and thyme.

Sift flour into a bowl.

Soften butter at room temperature. 

Add sugar and beat well until creamy.

Add eggs one by one and beat further 

until the mixture resembles frothy
