Super VHS ET

Your VCR is equipped with S (Super) VHS ET. This feature allows recording with
S-VHS picture quality on VHS cassettes.
You can then playback S-VHS ET recordings on a VCR equipped with S-VHS ET.

•

Both S (Super)-VHS and VHS recordings can be made on an S-VHS tape.

•

When an S-VHS tape is inserted, the S-VHS ET will not work.

•

Select “S-VHS ET ON” when recording on an HG-VHS tape in S-VHS ET mode.

•

Both S-VHS ET and VHS recordings can be made on a VHS tape.

•

Tapes recorded in VHS may be played back on either an S-VHS or VHS type VCR.

•

Tapes recorded in S-VHS (S-VHS ET) cannot be played back on a conventional

VHS VCR.
