Set the television to the appropriate AV input and insert a cassette
into the VCR; make sure that the cassette’s protection tab is intact.

Select the channel to be recorded with

When recording from an external device, select from
Scart inputs AV1, AV2 or the Front input AV3.
To record from the internal DVD/CD player, select dc.
If you want to record via the tuner, select the desired television
channel using the programme selection button.
