Charging
The battery status indicator
lamp does not light (blue)
Is the AC adapter properly inserted in the socket?
Is the AC adapter properly inserted into the port? (P. EN7)
The battery status indicator
lamp does not go out
If the battery status indicator lamp does not go out after charging for more than
6.5 hours, it may be that the vacuum cleaner has failed or the battery life is up.

Are you charging where the temperature is too high or too low?

Recharge in a room where the temperature is between 5

If the product is charged immediately after it is used in a high temperature
environment such as in the summer, charging may be suspended due to
excessively high battery temperature and the product may standby for cooling.

The battery will automatically charge after it cools. Please charge it until the
battery status indicator lamp goes out
Does the battery reach the end of its life?

Is the battery exhausted?

Has the protection device to prevent the motor or battery from overheating
started?

Close the vacuum cleaner and stop the operation

Wait for 5 to 30 minutes (for motor or battery to cool, and release the
protection device)

Please check the reason for the start of the protection device (P. EN4)

• Are the suction inlet, nozzle, and air passageway blocked?

The rotating brush of the

For safety, when the
fl
oor nozzle is lifted up, the rotating brush will be
stopped.
Did you press the
button and turn off the brush?
Is the rotating brush wrapped around debris, ropes, etc.? Is it blocked? (P. EN13)
Sweeping objects with long hair or different kinds of carpets, or pressing the
nozzles with force may cause the rotating part to rotate slow or not to rotate.

When not rotating, stop operation and then restart
After the suction nozzle is lifted, if it rapidly hits and falls onto the ground, the
rotating brush may not rotate.

Slowly lower the nozzle; do not hit it quickly
If the
fl
oor nozzle is removed and reinstalled during operation, the rotating
brush will not rotate.

Install the nozzle after stopping the operation
The suction power is weak
even in the "HIGH" mode
Switch off the vacuum cleaner and run it again.
Are the extension wand, nozzle, etc. blocked?
Are the

lters inside the dust bin blocked?

Remove the rubbish and perform maintenance
Is the dust bin installed correctly?
