Specifies the treatment of calls when Operator 1 is
busy. If "Call Waiting" is chosen, Operator 1 is
signaled when another call is waiting using the Call
Waiting feature of the PBX.

Specifies the treatment of calls when Operator 1
does not answer.
When "Call Select" is chosen, and the operator
does not answer, the caller will hear the following
menu message:
Sorry, no one is available to answer the call. To
leave a message, Press 1. To enter another
extension, Press 2.
"Leave Message" means the caller will be sent to
the General Delivery Mailbox.
