Storing phone numbers for automatic dialing
The unit’s memory allows you to use both one-touch dialing and speed dialing for rapid access to your most
frequently dialed numbers.
One-touch dialing: The unit is equipped with 13 direct call station keys, each of which is divided into an
upper station and a lower station.
Speed dialing:
The unit is equipped with 100 additional dialing stations. These stations are assigned to
2-digit numbers (00–99).
To store the phone numbers in memory, proceed as follows:
To keep whole or part of the
phone number secret
Press
(SECRET)
(direct call station 3) before and
after the number you wish to keep secret.

The phone number will not appear on the display
and on the telephone number list.

Pressing
(SECRET)
once counts as two digits.
To erase a stored number and
station name
Press
(STOP)
in step 3 to clear the phone number.
Press
(DELETE)
(direct call station 7) repeatedly in
step 5 until all of the characters are erased.
