4.2.2.1.
Power Supply(2.8V): DC-OUT
The power supply(2.8V) is converted from 5.5VDC from AC adaptor by IC901,Q903, L901.
4.2.2.2.
Switch curcuit for Battery power supply.
IC906 is a switch IC between Main power supply(from AC adaptor) and Battery power supply.
When having Power failure then disconnecting Main power supply DC-OUT goes down and IC906 becomes ON by IC904
to recover VBAT from Battery power supply.
On the other hand IC906 goes OFF when DC-OUT goes Up.
For switching by IC906, it is controlled by IC904, which is a voltage detector IC.
IC906(Pin4) is a control PIN, High is "ON", Low is "OFF".
Therefore this model can operate in electoric power failure state by battely inserted in base.
Note:
Both alkaline batteries and rechargeable batteriescan be used for the base unit, but we recommend that you use the charged
batteries (supplied).

This power supply consist of IC601and Q606 for CPU CORE and Memory on BBIC IC601.
