System Speed Dialling and Intelligent Call Handling
Number Set (001)
You can store the phone number of up to 700 for 2 functions
Default :

System Speed Dialling Number (000 – 499)
: You can store the phone numbers of up to 500
frequently dialled numbers (max. 32 digits).
Intelligent Call Handling Number (000 – 699):
Intelligent Call Handling distributes an incoming
outside call to a specific extension/group in accordance with DDI/MSN number provided by
Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) or caller's number (CLIP). Up to 500 CLIP numbers (000
– 499) and 200 DDI/MSN numbers (500 – 699) can be stored. CLIP number of a caller is analysed
prior to DDI/MSN number. Searching order is from the lowest to the highest among 000 – 699.

Make use of "System Speed Dialling" in 5.3.1
Directory.

If the desired number is more than 32 digits, divide the number and store it into 2 or more
speed dial numbers.

, FLASH, PAUSE, SECRET (INTERCOM) and — (CONF) can also be stored.
If you do not want to display the stored number, press the SECRET (INTERCOM) button
before and after the numbers you wish to conceal.
If you store an external party's number, you should first store a line access number (9, 81
to 84).
If you need to enter an account code, you can enter the specified account code before the
line access number.
