Remote commands
You can press dial keys to access certain
answering system functions without waiting
for the voice guidance to prompt you.
Remote room monitoring
This feature allows you to listen in on a room
where another handset is located, allowing
you to monitor the sound in a room while out
of the house. To use this feature, set the
privacy feature to

Turning on the answering system
remotely
If the answering system is off, you can turn it
on remotely.

Dial your phone number from a touch
tone phone.

Let the phone ring 20 times.

A long beep will be heard.

Enter your remote access code within 10
seconds after the long beep.

The greeting message is played back.

You can hang up, or enter your remote
access code again and begin remote
operation.
