Answering Calls
When the phone rings,

When the other party anwers,

in a quiet environment.

speakerphone mode, the battery
life will be considerably reduced.
Turning the Mic On / Off
During a telephone conversation, you
can mute the Mic. When the Mic is
turned off, it disables the caller from
hearing your conversation. For
example, if you want to say
something to someone in the same
room as yourself without the caller
being able to hear your conversation.

Using this feature you can locate
a misplaced handset by paging.
