Sesame bread

50 g butter or margarine

1 dl rye flour
1 dl linseed
1 dl sesame seed
approx. 400 g wheat flour

1. Put butter/margarine in a bowl together with

dl of water.
2. Microwave at 1000 Watt for 30 seconds.
3. Add the rest of the water and dissolve the yeast in the mixture.
4. Add salt, sugar, rye flour, linseed, sesame seed and most of the
wheat flour.
5. Knead well until the dough is smooth and elastic.
* Place the dough on a floured plate.
* Put the dough in the oven.
* Microwave at 1000 Watt for 20 seconds.
* Let stand for 8 min.
* Leave the dough to rise again at 1000 Watt microwave for 10 seconds
1. Flatten the dough, divide it into 2 portions and shape into 2 loaves.
2. Glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seed. Score 2-3
times. Place on greaseproof paper on a baking tray.
3. Place Panacrunch on a low grill.
4. Allow to prove for 10 min.
5. Bake the loaves at 200°C (390° F) for 35 min, and then let them
stand for 5 minutes in the oven.
6. Check if the loaves are cooked. They should sound hollow when
tapped underneath.
7. Leave them to cool on a rack.
Crème pâtissère filling

2 whole eggs
1. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the cornflour and whisk.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk together.
3. Microwave the creme first on 1000 watts for 2

min., then whisk
and microwave for 1–2 mins. until the creme boils.
4. Whisk well together then leave to cool.
