For reheating pre-cooked, room/refrigerator temperature foods
. Place
foods in a suitable sized dish/container. Cover with a lid or microfilm, then
place on Glass Tray. Stir at beep. Stir after completion of cooking and stand
covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
For reheating a frozen pre-cooked meal (except soup).
All foods must be
pre-cooked and frozen. Remove all packaging and place in a suitable sized
dish/container. Cover with a lid or microfilm, then place on Glass Tray. Stir at
beep. Stir after completion of cooking and stand covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
For cooking fresh vegetables.
Place prepared vegetables into a suitable
sized container. Add 1 tbsp (30 ml) of water per 100g of vegetables. Cover
with microfilm or a lid. Stir at beep.
For cooking frozen vegetables.
Place prepared vegetables into a suitable
sized container. Add 1-3 tbsp water. Cover with microfilm or a lid. Stir at
beep.
For cooking potatoes.
Potatoes are cut in uniform pieces and put in a bowl
suitable for a microwave oven. Add 1 dl of water. Cover the bowl with a lid.
Stir at beep. Stand covered for 5 minutes.
For cooking fresh fish (whole, fillets, steaks).
Shield the thinner portions
and place the fish in a suitable sized container. Cover with microfilm or a lid.
Stand covered for 3 minutes.
For boiling rice.
Add 2 parts water to 1 parts rice and
1/2
tbsp of salt and a
little bit of oil or butter. Cover with a lid or microfilm. Stir at beep.
Cooking rice pudding
. Cook the pudding with a lid. Stir the pudding when
the oven beeps, and continue cooking without the lid. See the recipe on page
En-39.
For cooking potato gratin.
This program is for cream potato gratin. Place
dish on High Wire Rack on Glass Tray.
For reheating, crisping the base and browning the top of frozen
purchased pizza.
Remove all packaging and place the pizza on the High
Wire Rack on the Glass Tray.
