When using DC power supply
• Is 12 V DC power supply connected to
the power supply terminal?

• Is the AC adaptor in use compliant with
the Specifications?

AC adaptor.
When using a PoE device for power
supply
• Are the PoE device and the network
connector on the rear of the camera
connected using a LAN cable (4-pair)?

Check whether the connection is
appropriately established.
• Depending on the PoE device, the power
supply will stop when the demanded
power exceeds its total power limit for all
PoE ports.

Refer to the operating instructions of
the PoE device in use.
