network provider’s settings or policies may
prevent the connection� Use your mobile
network service provider’s wireless network
(3G‚ 4G‚ etc�)�
The network condition of the
service area you are currently in
is bad and your mobile device is
having trouble communicating�

Confirm the wireless network connection
status of your mobile device�
• Try moving to another location�
There is too much traffic in the
wireless network or the mobile
network that your camera is
connected to�

Wait for the network traffic to decrease‚ and
