12.3 Serial port
The serial port is used to communicate with the PLC or with another type of controller.
Standards available for the signals in the PLC port connector are: RS232, RS422, RS485. Use the
corresponding communication cable for the connection.
The serial port is software programmable. Make sure you select the appropriate interface in the pro-
gramming software.

The Ethernet port has two LED status indicators. They work as shown in the following figure.

Off: Valid link has not been detected

On: No activity
Blinking: Activity
