Sending Documents
You can choose either Memory or Direct Transmission.
Use Memory Transmission if:
•
You want to send the document to multiple stations.
•
You have to retrieve the document immediately.
•
You want to take the advantage of Dual Operation design.
Use Direct Transmission if:
•
The memory is full.
•
You want to send the document real time.
Use Voice Mode Transmit if:
•
You want to send the document after talking with the other party.
•
You want to send the document after listening to a voice prompting.
Memory Transmission
Your machine quickly stores the document into the machine’s memory. Then, it starts to dial the telephone
number. If the transmission fails, your machine will re-transmit the remaining unsuccessful page(s)
automatically.
