13 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions
13.1. Indoor Electronic Controllers, Cross Flow Fan and Indoor Fan Motor
Removal Procedures
13.1.1.
To remove the Front Grille
• Lift to open the vertical vent gently. (Fig. 1)
• Remove 2 caps and 2 screws at the bottomof discharge
vent. (Fig. 1)
• Hold both sides of the frontgrille and remove it by pullingup
and towards you gently. (Fig. 1)
• Remove the earth wire. (Fig. 2)
• Remove the control board cover complete screw. (Fig. 2)
• Remove the control board complete. (Fig. 2)

To remove the Main Electronic Controller
• Remove the control board cover. (Fig. 3)
• Remove the screw holding the indicator. (Fig. 3)
• Press the fastener to the right and take out the particular
piece. Pull out the main electronic controller half way.
(Fig. 4)
• Remove the red wire from the terminal board. (Fig. 4)
• Remove the connector from the indicator. (Fig. 4)
• Remove 2 screws (earth wire). (Fig. 4)
