Dealing with Problems (Summary)
The Reference Manual is
not displayed
Is Adobe Reader installed?
<For localized OS model>
If you have uninstalled Adobe Reader, install using the following procedures.
Select [start] - [Run], input [c:\util\reader\AdbeRdr70_enu_full_.exe], then select [OK].
Install Adobe Reader by following the instructions on the screen.
<For MUI OS model>
If Adobe Reader is not installed, install using the following procedures. When installing
the program, do not change the installation destination folder. If the destination folder is
changed, the Reference Manual cannot be opened from the [start] menu.
Select [start] - [Run], input the following, then select [OK].
English: [c:\util\reader\m\AdbeRdr70_enu_full.exe]
French: [c:\util\reader\f\AdbeRdr70_fra_full.exe]
German: [c:\util\reader\g\AdbeRdr70_deu_full.exe]
Italian: [c:\util\reader\t\AdbeRdr70_ita_full.exe]
Spanish: [c:\util\reader\p\AdbeRdr70_esp_full.exe]
Swedish: [c:\util\reader\s\AdbeRdr70_sve_full.exe]
Dutch: [c:\util\reader\nl\AdbeRdr70_nld_full.exe]

Norwegian: [c:\util\reader\no\AdbeRdr70_nor_full.exe]
Install Adobe Reader by following the instructions on the screen.

to open Task Manager and close the software application
which is not responding.
Is there an input screen hidden behind another window? Use
Alt

to check for
other windows being displayed.
After shutting down by sliding the power switch for more than four seconds, slide the
power switch to power on and open the application again.
If the program no longer works normally, delete the program using the following menu.
Then reinstall the program.
[start] - [Control Panel] - [Add or Remove Programs]
Some keyboards have unusable keys (e.g. the “M” key on French keyboards).
When you push the key and the alarm sounds, use the other key.
