Selecting 576/5P for the REC FORMAT option in
the setting menu RECORD SETUP screen (Page
10) enables shooting in progressive mode.

25P mode (with 576 mode):

Shoot 5 frames a second in the progressive

mode.

For output and recording, the 5-frame-per-

second signal is converted to 50-field-per-second
interlace.
