The video server’s mount directory has a hierarchical structure, and how to browse the files
in the directories which are hierarchically lower is described next.
When the mount directory does have a hierarchical structure, a ‘‘+’’ symbol such as the one
shown in Fig. 5-17 will appear to the left of the mount directory icon on volume view. When
this symbol is clicked, the directory hierarchically below the mount directory is displayed by
the icon shown in Fig. 5-19 and, at the same time, its ‘‘+’’ symbol is changed to a ‘‘–’’ symbol
as shown in Fig. 5-18.

When the icon of the desired directory is clicked, the clips in that directory are displayed on
list view, and the icon of the directory changes to the type of icon shown in Fig. 5-20 to indi-
cate that the directory has now been opened.
