BATTERY NEAR END
The voltage of the battery is low.
Replace the battery.

SLOT SEL INVALID
Displayed if the [SLOT SEL] button (when assigned to a [USER] button) is
pressed when it is not possible to switch the P2 card recording slot.

BUSY
Displayed while the clip information is being read or when the clip configura-
tion has changed. No operations can be performed while BUSY is on the
screen.

• A card has been inserted or removed.
• Updating is in progress

FAN STOPPED
Displayed when the fan motor is stopped.
The power turns off automatically 30 seconds after the message appears.
Also a beep sound is output for 30 seconds. Immediately stop using the
unit and then turn off the power and contact your dealer.

BACKUP BATT EMPTY
Displayed when a drop in the backup battery voltage for the internal clock
is detected at power-on.

REC WARNING
<FRAME SIGNAL>
Displayed when a video or audio error occurs during recording.
To continue operation, turn the power off and then back on.
If the input signal becomes disrupted during recording, recording will
continue but disrupted video will be recorded. Check the signal input to
the unit.
Even if recording is continued, video and sound will be recorded correctly
when the signal returns to normal.

TEMPORARY PAUSE
IRREGULAR SIG
Displayed when a video or audio error occurs during recording, and re-
cording is paused.
Recording will be resumed automatically when the signal returns to normal.
The clip will be divided. The time code may become non-continuous.
When recording in AVC-G format, remove and reinsert the card after re-
cording is complete, and repair the clips for which “
” (yellow) is dis-
played.

<OVER MAX# CLIPS>
Displayed when an attempt was made to record a clip that would result in
the upper limit for the total number of clips being exceeded on one P2
card.
Replace the P2 card or delete unnecessary clips.
STOP
It is displayed after approximately 3.5 hours have elapsed from the time
when operation to start a single recording is executed when [SHORT
SPLIT] is selected in the [FILE SPLIT] menu (
➝
page 98). The recording
is stopped.
