1-1. Image size comparison between 4K/UHD and HD formats
The UHD (3840x2160) image is four times sharper than an FHD 1080p image (nine times that of
720p). And the 4096x2160 resolution (referred to as
“4K” on AG-UX180), which is often used for
cinema shooting, has a slightly wider image aspect ratio of 17:9. In comparison to a UHD image,
this is an extra 256 pixels in the horizontal direction.
