Press the MENU button.

Press the [23] number button.

Turn the F1 dial to display the [21.REC] menu.
The current status will be indicated (START: Recording in
progress; STOP: Recording stopped).

Turn the F2 dial to select [START
] / [STOP

then press the F2 dial.
Notes
This function can also be assigned to the USER buttons. For details on configuring the USER buttons, refer to the
operating instructions for the AW-RP120.
You can check the current recording status using the following methods.
• Perform the above steps 1 to 3.
• Check the whether the USER button is lit (when the function is assigned to a USER button).
There will be a slight lag between the recording status indicated on the unit and the actual recording start or stop
time on the device.
For the AK-HRP200
1
Start recording.
Press the <VF POWER> and <STORE>
buttons simultaneously.
Recording starts, and <TALLY/CALL> lights.

Stop recording.
Press the <VF POWER> and <SCENE4>
buttons simultaneously.
Recording stops, and <TALLY/CALL> turns
off.
Note
There will be a slight lag between the recording status indicated by the lit status of <TALLY/CALL> and the actual
recording start or stop time on the device.
