Continue by forming the other side wall: interlock a P4 – P3
panels couple, followed by sliding an aluminum profile A11/1390,
continuing as in step 15 until you complete construction of wall
of five such couples. At the extreme end, form a right angle corner
interlocking an aluminum profile A13/1390. Continue now (at the
90o direction – we are at the front now) by interlocking once more
a P3 – P4 couple.
(a) Slide aluminum profile A16/1290 downwards. Pay attention
to mount it in the correct direction, so that after interlocking
the door panels (P4, P1) on it, the door would open outwards.
(b) Slide panel P4 all the way down interlocking with profile (a).
(c) Slide the rectangular panel P1 unto the profile. Do not slide
it all the way down, as an aluminum profile has to be inserted
between it and panel P4 below it.
(d) Take aluminum profile A38/590, with the flat rectangle side
facing you, and slide it between panels P4 and P1, as shown.
It is advisable to use a lubricant to ease connection between
profiles and panels.
