2.  INTRODUCTION 

 

 

The WandMixer

® 

System is a revolutionary mixer that provides efficient mixing utilizing a 

patented rotational wand technology in a sterile closed bag. The WandMixer

®

 System is 

able to mix in sterile disposable hermetically sealed bags  ranging in volume from 5L to 
50L. 

 

The system hardware has seven major components:  

1.  Drive motor with rotational speed display and shaft adaptor 
2.  Bench Top stainless steel frame for supporting drive unit above the bag 
3.  Retaining tank (plastic or steel) 
4.  Rotational wand with hex head 
5.  Wand coupler 
6.  Wand bushing 
7.  Wand Clamp
