Danger of moving stabilizer
Position: On every stabilizer cylinder.
Meaning: Do not operate any stabilizer unless you or a signal
person can see that all personnel are clear of the
stabilizer and its ground contact point.
Risk if ignored: Serious crushing injury.
Crane mounting and prescribed inspections
Position: Near the operator station.
Meaning: Do all prescribed inspections and maintenance practices.
Risk if ignored: Death or serious injury.
Keep clear or rotating drive shaft, power take off
Position: On both sides of the vehicle.
Meaning: Keep clear of rotating drive shaft. Never work on or near
an installed power take off or drive line with the engine
running.
Risk if ignored: Death or serious injury.
Manual extension booms (if equipped)
Position: Near the operator station.
Meaning: How to operate manual boom extensions.
