Troubleshooting
NOTE! Always turn o昀昀 the power supply to the pump before its inspection and repair .
Never attempt to repair the heat pump. In case of an unusual noise, smell, smoke or electric faults - immediately switch o昀昀 the
machine power and contact your installer.

Action
Hot steam or water
coming from the heat
pump
Fan automatically stops when defrosting,
and condensation water is drained from the
heat pump.
Nothing wrong.
Crackling sounds
The valve that switches between heating
and defrosting modes can make this sound
when it turns on and o昀昀.
Nothing wrong.
During operation or when the air conditioner
just stopped, sounds can be made by the
refrigerant circulating in the heat pump.
Nothing wrong.
Sounds can occur during the temperature
changes in the heat exchanger.
Nothing wrong.
Heat pump will not start
After the set pool temperature is obtained,
heat pump stops and begins to check the
temperature.
Nothing wrong. It will start again when the controls
detect a temperature drop by 1° C.
Restarting can be done manually by
pressing the On/O昀昀 button. Heat pump then starts
working after appr. 3 minutes.
Power failure.
Check the circuit. Wait until power is restored.
The operating switch may be o昀昀.
Check it.Turn on the power.
Fuses have tripped.
Check the circuit. Replace the fuse.
Some security device stopped the pump.
Check if any error code appears on the display.
Heat pump is running but
does not provide enough
heat
Air intake or outtake can be blocked.
Check and clean
Evaporator is blocked
Check the circuit. Action.
Restart delay is 3 minutes.
Wait.
Display is normal but
there is no operation.
The set water temperature is reached.
Set the required higer temperature.
Restart delay is 3 minutes.
Wait.
Fuse or earth fault relay
trigger on at a number of
occasions
Immediately turn o昀昀 the heat pump, switch o昀昀 the power and contact your installer.
If the above measures do not correct the problem contact your installer.
