To protect against the risk of 
electrical shock, DO NOT immerse 
the cord, plug or Blender Base in 
water or other liquid.

Close supervision is necessary 
when an appliance is used by or 
near children.

Ensure that the rating of the 
appliance corresponds to that of 
your electrical installation.

5. 

Turn the appliance OFF, then 
unplug from the outlet when 
not in use, before assembling or 
disassembling parts and before 
cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug 
and pull from the outlet. Never pull 
from the power cord.

Flashing light indicates that the 
appliance is ready to operate. Avoid 
any contact with the blades and 
movable parts.

DO NOT use appliance for other 
than its intended use.

DO NOT operate any appliance 
with a damaged cord or plug or 
after the appliance malfunctions, 
or is dropped or damaged in any 
manner. The appliance should 
not be repaired or opened by an 
unlicensed person. Refer to the 
“Our Guarantee” section regarding 
the product’s warranty before 
returning the appliance to the point 
of purchase.

DO NOT use outdoors.

DO NOT let cord hang over edge 
of table or counter or touch hot 
surfaces, including the stove.

DO NOT place the appliance on or 
near a hot gas or electric stovetop 
burner or in a heated oven.

Keep hands and utensils, other 
than the Tamper provided, out of 
the Blender Jar while blending to 
reduce the risk of severe injury to 
persons or damage to the blender. 
The Lid must remain in place when 
using the Tamper through the lid 
opening. A scraper may be used 
but only when the blender is not 
running.

Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.

14. 

To reduce the risk of injury, never 
place the Blade Assembly on the 
Blender Base without the Blender 
Jar attached.

15. 

Always operate blender with the Lid  
in place.

16. 

The use of attachments, including 
canning jars, not recommended by 
the manufacturer may cause a risk 
of injury to persons.

17. 

DO NOT process hot food and 
liquids.

18. 

This appliance is not intended for 
use by persons (including children) 
with reduced physical, sensory 
or mental capabilities, or lack of 
experience and knowledge, unless
