- Remove the warm bottles and
wait till the compartment is
cold again and place in the
bottles separately
- The wine cellar was turn on
right after it was moving
(applicable to compressor unit

- Make sure the wine cellar has
rested and remained unmoved
for at least 8 hours then only it
can be turn on
- The coolant is leaking out

- Contact the service team to
repair the circuit board
- The light bulb is spoilt
- Replace it with a new bulb or
contact the service team to
replace it if the bulb is hard to
find outside
The wine cellar is
making noise
- The compressor is operating to
cool
down
the
internal
compartment.
- It is absolutely normal and it
will return silent after cooling
down the internal compartment
- The wine cellar is not level
- Adjust the feet of the wine
cellar to make it level
- The fan is not working - Remove the dirt and object on
