1. With mid-range instability control enabled and with step
frequencies less than 500 full steps per second,
input-to-output lag is less than 500 microseconds.
At step frequencies greater than 500 full steps per second,
input-to-output lag is less than 270 degrees of the input
step pulse period.
2. With mid-range instability control disabled,
input-to-output lag is less than 10 microseconds for all
step frequencies.
