Pacific Bay products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and
workmanship. All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a
period of (1) year from date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to toilet seats purchased for non-residential installations, including
hotels, motels and multi-family housing. This guarantee does not apply to any seats which are
modified in any way or used on any type of installation or unit other than conventional
bathrooms. We assume no liability for seats modified or installed on anything other than a
conventional bathroom toilet.
Pacific Bay will advise you on how to proceed in making warranty claims. To begin a warranty
