There are a variety of things to do before installing any new toilet seat into your home or
residence. Before you begin work make sure you:

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning Tips: When cleaning your toilet seat wash it with mild, soapy water. Then, rinse the
seat thoroughly with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid detergents, disinfectants, or
harsh cleaning products. THE USE OF ABRASIVE CLEANERS MAY SCRATCH THE
FINISH OR CAUSE OTHER DAMAGE.
INSTALLATION OF THE TOILET SEAT
Before starting, remove old toilet seat and clean around all areas of attachment before installing
the new toilet seat.
