DC900X INSTALLER’S MANUAL (501-3434310) RELEASE 30th Oct. 2009

This screen shows details about the NAS hardware. The serial number and two MAC addresses are also
printed on a label on the base of the NAS.

SYSTEM INFO screen

This screen shows details about the current state of the NAS system since it was powered up. This screen may
have a different appearance and contain different data for future releases of the NAS software.

ETHERNET NETWORK screen

HARDWARE VERSION screen

This screen lists the client set-top that is attached directly to the NAS by Ethernet cable. The MAC address is
the one given as eSTB MAC address on the base of the client, plus 6 (in Hex).

The client number given in the NAME column will not necessarily match the one you may have already
assigned to this client, but by checking the eSTB MAC addresses on the clients, you can match it up.

Check that the Ethernet status is CONNECTED, with packets being transmitted and received.
