Service, maintenance, transport and storage
Maintenance must be regularly carried out on the welding apparatus:
Regularly clean the apparatus for dust, dirt, grease, etc. Every six months or as
required, remove the front panel and blow away any dust and dirt that may have
collected inside the welding apparatus. Replace the power cables, earth cable, earth
clamp and electrode holder if they are worn or damaged.
Store the equipment in a clean and dry location, free of corrosive gas, dust and
high humidity. The permitted ambient temperature is –12
o
C to +48
o
C and air humidity
can be max. 90%.
It is recommend that the equipment is transported and stored in the delivery
packaging since this is made to protect the equipment. Remember to clean the
equipment before you pack it away and close the plastic bag in the box.
