Assembly
WARNING
Always wear approved safety goggles or a visor to assemble the machine.
WARNING
Always remove the lead from the spark plug any type of maintenance before
assembly or any kind of maintenance.
Required tools:
•
Knife to cut open packaging
•
Oil funnel
•
Torque wrench to check joints
•
T-handle wrench (included in delivery)
Adjusting the handle
1.
Loosen the hand nuts to adjust the handle. See Figure 2.
2.
Swing the handle up to the desired position and retighten the hand
nuts.
3.
Stand behind the trimmer handle and check that the handle is adjusted to a
comfortable position.
4.
Tighten the handle adjustment knobs to 18-20 Nm.
5.
Pull the recoil starter handle up to the holder on the right hand side of the
handle bar and rotate the starter cord into the holder.
