User instructions
Start
1.
Turn the isolating switch to ON.
2.
Press the start button.
Stop
1.
Press the stop button. This will stop the fan blades from rotating but does not
disconnect power to the fan. The fan can be re-started by pressing the start button.
If the fan is not to be used for a longer period of time
1.
Press the stop button.
2.
Press the emergency stop.
3.
Set the isolating switch to 0 and lock it using a padlock, so that the equipment cannot
be started by mistake.

Three days after having started the fan
for the first time, thereafter monthly.

Warning: Do not use a high-pressure
water jet on the motor or bearings.
Maintenance may only be carried out by qualified personnel. Ensure that the fan
power is disconnected at the isolation switch and the isolation switch is locked using a
padlock. Ensure that the propeller has stopped rotating.
Note: The fan does not need
to be lubricated as its moving parts are made from self-lubricating materials, and
are sealed with sufficient lubrication to last the lifetime of the equipment.
