Pump operates but does
not pump
Suction opening blocked.
Remove the blockage.
Pump sucks in air.
Hold the pump at an angle
when immersing it.
Switch on and switch off
the pump several times to
vent the air.
The pump is blocked by
foreign objects.
Clean the pump.
Inferior performance
Pump lift height too great? Comply with the max.
pump lift height (see the
technical specifications).
The pressurised hose
diameter is too small.
Use a pressurised hose
with a larger diameter.
The pressurised hose is
blocked.
Remove the blockage.
Suction opening blocked.
Clean the suction opening.
Pressurised hose has a
kink.
Clear the kink.
Leak in the pressurised
line.
Seal the leak and tighten
the threaded joints.
The pump is noisy
Pump sucks in air?
Check that there is
sufficient liquid present.
Hold the pump at an angle
when immersing it.
If the fault cannot be rectified, contact the dealer. NB: All repairs may only be carried
out by a qualified professional technician otherwise the warranty will be rendered
void and may involve additional costs.
