• The Eclipse utilizes very high voltages to generate ozone, and
as such, should not be used in extremely high humidity
environments – especially where a moisture mist or fog is
visible. This will also drastically reduce the ozone output!
• Keep the generator out of reach of children and unplug when
not in use.
• The generator should be kept under lock & key when not in
use, and only used by persons acquainted with the contents
of this user manual.
• Do not use this generator in an environment where flammable
gases or explosive materials are present.
• Ozone is a strong oxidiser and can corrode readily oxidisible
metals and lactoprene materials (latex and natural rubber).
• The person(s) operating the equipment should ensure that
nobody enters the treatment zone until it is safe to do so. It
is preferable to lock all access points where possible, and to
append notices at all possible entry points which make it
evident that access is prohibited and dangerous.
• Provided that good ventilation is provided after suspending
the ozone generation (in Unoccupied Shock Treatments), a
period of at least 30 minutes should be allowed before entry
is allowed into the treated zone. However, where suitable
protective breathing apparatus is used, this condition does
not apply.
