CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Changing the Abrasive Media
1. Pour excess abrasive media out of the Sandblaster and
into a suitable container.
2. Disconnect the Delivery Hose from the Bleeder Valve
and the Blast Gun.
3. To clear abrasive media from the hose, use your
compressor to blow air through the Supply Hose into the
container holding the excess abrasive media
It is not necessary to remove the abrasive media from
the Sandblaster after every use. However, clean out the
Sandblaster when a different abrasive media is to be used.

WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES, GLOVES,
FACE MASK AND BOOTS BEFORE PERFORMING THIS
OPERATION.
4. When the Sandblaster is
clean, reassemble the Supply
Hose to the Bleeder Valve,
making sure that the Hose is
not covering the air flow hole
on the Bleeder Valve.

5. Connect the other end of the Supply Hose onto the Blast
Gun.
WARNING!:
ENSURE AIR SUPPLY IS DISCONNECTED
BEFORE PERFORMING THIS OPERATION
1. Pull the trigger of the blast gun
as a precaution.
2. Unscrew the end cap and
withdraw the ceramic nozzle.
3. Replace with the ceramic
nozzle of your choice and
carefully thread the end cap
back on to the blast gun. Take
care not to cross thread the
thread.
