Assembling the telecopic shaft to the motor housing
1. Align the grove on the lower shaft (6) with the lug in
the motor housing (7) (Fig. 1). Take care not to damage
the cable while aligning the lower shaft (6).
2. Firmly push the lower shaft (6) into the motor
housing (7) till it locates into place with a “click”.
Tighten the two screws to secure lower shaft (6) in
place (Fig. 2).
3. Align the upper shaft (4) with the lower shaft (6)
ensuring that the spring loaded pin locates with the
slot in the upper shaft (4) (Fig. 3). Take care not to
damage the cable while aligning the shafts.
4. Depress the spring loaded pin as you push the
upper shaft (4) fully into the lower shaft (6) until your
hear a “click”. Take care not to damage the cable while
pushing the shafts together.
5. Slide the telescopic locking collar (5) into place and rotate clockwise to tighten.

off and unpluged.
