Installing The Battery
The infrared thermometer unit requires 1 x 9V DC battery to operate.
1. Remove the battery
compartment lid by opening
from the top.
2. Connect the 9V battery in the
correct direction and insert it
into the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery
compartment lid to secure it
in place.
Low Battery Indicator
When the battery power
becomes low, an icon will appear
on the top left of the screen. This
indicates that the battery should
be replaced soon.
