NOTE:

 Depending on the quantity and quality of charcoal heating 

times will vary.

WARNING!: 

ALLOW THE CHARCOAL STARTER TO 

COOL BEFORE STORAGE.

Lighting a BBQ

1.   Bunch charcoal together on one side of the barbecue.

2.   Hold the charcoal starter close to the pile so that the heating tip 

touches the charcoal.

3.   Press and hold the on/off rocker switch (I) with your thumb.

WARNING!: 

DO NOT PLACE THE ALUMINIUM TIP IN 

THE HOT COALS, IT WILL MELT!

WARNING!: 

ENSURE THAT THE CHARCOAL STARTER 

IS PROPERLY POSITIONED.

4.   When the charcoal glows orange, slowly pull the charcoal starter 

100 - 200mm away from the fire, while keeping it aimed at the 

same point for at least 60 seconds.
