Lighting a Fireplace
1. Use twigs/kindling with rolled newspaper placed between the
logs.
2. Hold the charcoal starter close to the kindling so that the heating
tip touches the paper.
WARNING!:
ENSURE THAT THE CHARCOAL STARTER
IS PROPERLY POSITIONED.
3. Press and hold the on/off rocker switch (I) with your thumb.
WARNING!:
ALLOW THE CHARCOAL STARTER TO
COOL BEFORE STORAGE.
WARNING!:
DO NOT PLACE THE ALUMINIUM TIP IN
THE FIRE OR AMONG HOT EMBERS, IT WILL MELT!
4. When the paper catches fire, slowly pull the charcoal starter
100 - 200mm away from the fire, while keeping it aimed at the
same point until the twigs/kindling combust in the fireplace.
