To simplify the settings, we have developed an automatic mode to calculate
your step length based on your height.

usual “personal” method by measuring your step length. To do this, walk
10 metres, counting the number of steps as you go, then apply this equation:
step length = 10 metres/number of steps.
The product will leave the settings mode if no changes are made for
a period of 30 seconds. To return, hold the
button down for
3 seconds.

for use. Measurements
are triggered automatically
by the product.
