APN
In the watch software there are many APN settings. If a GPRS connection
problem arises, it is necessary to set APN settings. To do so, send SMS to
the watch number in the following format:
pw,123456,apn,name of APN,username,password,code mccmnc#
For example: pw,123456,apn,cmnet,internet,,123456#
If there is no user or password, do not enter anything, but the message
format with commas cannot be omitted.
Most frequent problems
1.
The watch does not pick up a signal.
Check if SIM card is compatible (GSM), has been inserted properly
and has been configured properly.
2.
The watch does not start working.
Charge the battery or try to restart the watch.
3.
The watch does not charge the battery.
Check if the charging wire has been mounted properly. Use the
original USB cable only.
4.
The watch does not specify its location or the location is wrong.
See if GPRS feature in SIM card works properly. Check in the
application if the correct zone has been selected. Register in the
application once again.
5.
You cannot call the watch.
Check if the feature „Don’t disturb” is inactive or if the number you
are using has been entered into the phone book.
6.
The watch cannot make a SOS call.
Check if SOS numbers have been properly entered into the applica-
tion.
