Uplifts and Extensions
All SnapServer systems are eligible for service uplifts and extensions to augment and/or extend the standard OverlandCare warranty.

Specially priced 3-‐year uplifts for OverlandCare Levels 2-‐4 are available at the time of purchase

1-‐year extensions for OverlandCare Levels 1-‐4 are available to extend the SnapServer warranty to 5-‐years of total coverage
5.3
Supplemental Software Support
Supplemental Software Support can be purchased for each optional software product. This service is offered as an annual contract
for Snap Enterprise Data Replicator (Snap EDR). To purchase Supplemental Software Service, the SnapServer system on which the
software product will be run must be covered by OverlandCare service or Software maintenance.
Supplemental Software Support includes the following:

Support offering 24x7 access to web based self-‐support

Technical support access for the Software product in line with the service level of the SnapServer system on which it runs
