10 Maintenance
To guarantee a perfect operation of the dwelling sta-
tion, it is recommended to have it maintained by a
specialist heating company at least once a year.
The following work should be done:
– Leakage test:
- Test opening of the PM controller (illustr. 5.1 – 2)
- of all valves and fittings
– Cleaning of strainers (8.1).
– Functional control:
- Check closing function of the PM controller: The
heat exchanger has to cool down after drawing
off.
- Check isolating valves.
- Check flow and draw off temperature.
