5 Installation
– Remove the storage cylinder insulation.
– Remove the sealing plugs from the required loading
nipples.
– Firmly screw the loading nipple extensions with the
self-sealing side into the required loading nipples
until stop.

– Mount bracket assembly (illustr. 8)
– Screw the threaded rods into the nuts welded onto
the storage cylinder (Attention: The rod with a
length of L = 230 mm has to be screwed into the
upper nut!) Screw the 3 rods with a length of
L = 185 mm into the lower three nuts!) (illustr. 8).
– Slip on the distance sleeves.
– Mount the bracket and fix it with the help of the
discs and nuts (Attention: Use the brass nuts with
a length of L = 22 mm for the two lower pins and
the steel nuts for the upper pins!)

Never draw together the insulation jacket with
the help of the zip-fastener as this may cause
irreparable damage to the jacket!

The insulation must only be fitted under tempered
conditions (20-22 °C)!
– Squeeze insulation towards the zip-fastener!
The zip-fastener (1) must be closed by a second
person!

– First of all, cleanly cut the insulation jacket along
the perforation at the required points and remove
the cut-outs.
– Position temperature sensors for the storage cylin-
der to the corresponding clamps.
– Align the insulation jacket at the storage cylinder
connections and fit the insulation.
