OPERATION
Lighting
:
Open lid and vents
.
Make sure that ashes from the previous usage have been removed
from the grill

Remove the cooking grill
.
Arrange the charcoal on the charcoal grate

layer of charcoal
for burgers and steaks
,
and
2
layers of charcoal for roast chicken
and other meats
.
Light the charcoal grill with fuel

).
Allow fuel time to ash into glowing coals before cooking
